Our management system is an intelligent control and monitoring
system that enables you to safely and conveniently control your
installation systems. Whether for power engineering or the range of
switchboard control, whatever you need and wherever you are: our
management system will be the connecting link. A host computer, the
so-called "control centre" gathers up all data from where you can
e.g. supervise, control, regulate, synchronize, collect, store or
select many other functions. In short: you will have things under
control any time you want and even worldwide.
Thinking in terms of application and cost efficiency, the best
possible solutions have been achieved and put into practice for you
with our management system. Indicated below, a few examples for
application possibilities in the power engineering field.

Summary of all relevant switch gear
elements
- Indication of all switch positions and important measuring
values.
- Marking, i.e. topological coloring of grid sections carrying
the same voltage.
- Direct access to remote control switches with integrated
intelligent interlocking function.
- Implementation of protective devices including logging of all
alarm and measuring values in compliance with IEC 60870-5.
- Parameter setting of protection devices from remote.

Overview of peripheral devices and counter
administration
- Display of the various system components.
- Information on the auxiliary equipment's current state.
- Plant specific programming of process data.
- Digital recording and storage of all operation relevant
meters (as an option, integration into a SQL data base) as well
as their export to MS-Office tools.

Visualization of switch gear components on bay
level
- Continuous engineering and programming.
- Integration of the bay level's components into the management
system.
- Automatic transfer of modified configuration or alarm texts
on bay level to the management system.

Supervision
- Comfortable and extensive recording of alarm data in time
intervals of 10 ms, time stamp according to GPS or external
reference signal.
- Synchronous recording and storage of all alarms from the
connected PLC/IPC.
- Filter functions, allowing differentiated view on various
components.
- Possibility to transmit messages by email, SMS or pager.
- Possibility to redundantly record and archive data.

Histograms
- Continuous detection and storage of all analogue values on
the management system's hard disk.
- Facilities to display stored data in form of varicolored
histograms.
- Data update (0.1 - 10.0 seconds), each according to time or
event.
- Simultaneous display of up to 8 measured values for the
period of the past 10 minutes until up to 24 hours.

Load Management
- Control and instrumentation technology, interconnecting
several power plants to one overall system:
- Isolated operation: pre-adjusted mains
voltage and mains frequency are centrally controlled
- Mains parallel operation: the adjusted
power is fed into the grid at a defined point of supply.
- Start/stop of the machines, reliant on priority or number of
operating hours.
- Definition of minimum-, nominal and maximum power with
admissible time frames.
Security
- Recognition of the different system operators.
- Protection from faulty operation, operation traceability
(e.g. acknowledgement of alarms) thanks to access level
authorization.
... how to keep things under control !!!
Our management systems allow you to either select cyclic or
event-oriented servicing. This way, the selected service intervals
will be enriched by your own experiences and down-times can be
reduced to a minimum. Using standardized industrial network
technologies (CAN, Ethernet ….), we significantly contribute to
securing the future reliability of your installations and can even
offer a worldwide overview on the state of your plants via the
internet. For all components, manufacturer default data can be
stored and implemented into the servicing plan. This way, for
example, order -, telephone and spare part numbers will be
immediately available without tedious need for search. The
electronic log file registers person, time and type of maintenance
work.
